Refund policy

Custom Orders
All our bracelets are handmade and personalized. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Custom Items
For ready-made items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
